Accessibility Statement

PremiumAVC is committed to making our website usable for the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. This page explains where we stand today and how to reach us if something is not working for you.

Standards we target

We design and build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We treat this as a working target rather than a one-time certification; improvements are made on an ongoing basis as the site evolves.

What we do today

  • Semantic HTML, descriptive headings, and meaningful link text.
  • Keyboard-operable navigation, including the mobile menu.
  • Sufficient color contrast for body copy and interactive controls.
  • Alternative text on meaningful imagery and ARIA labels on icon-only controls.
  • Focus styles preserved for keyboard users.
  • Forms labeled with associated text and validated server-side, not by color alone.

Known limitations

Some embedded third-party content (analytics, video) may not match our internal accessibility standard. We avoid embedding such content where possible and document any exceptions on the page where they appear.

Tell us what we missed

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, or you need information presented in a different format, please use our contact form and include the URL and a brief description. We aim to respond within five business days and to remediate validated issues as quickly as practical.

In the rooms we build

Our event productions are designed with ADA considerations: captioning workflows for broadcasted events, assistive-listening compatibility, ADA-compliant stage and seating layouts where applicable, and high-contrast on-screen graphics. Specific accommodations are scoped per event.
