What we help with

What makes healthcare different, and how we work with it.

  1. 01

    Reputation-grade execution

Foundation galas, donor receptions, and leadership town halls are watched by boards, donors, and staff. We staff them like the broadcasts they are.

  2. 02

    Quiet on the clinical floor

Load-in, cabling, and on-site footprint planned around clinical operations, with respectful coordination with facilities and security.

  3. 03

    Senior crew on the day

The same senior engineer scopes the event, writes the run-of-show, and runs the show on site. No call-center intake, no day-of subcontracting.

Quick answers

Healthcare event AV questions

Which healthcare events do you support?

PremiumAVC supports event AV for hospitals, health systems and healthcare foundations in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, including foundation galas, awards dinners, donor receptions, town halls and educational sessions. This is event production, not a claim to provide clinical systems or permanent hospital AV installations.

How should we plan an event in an active hospital?

Share facilities and security contacts, approved access routes, loading times and any restrictions on noise, cabling or equipment placement. Coordinate the event footprint and schedule with the hospital so setup, the program and removal can be planned around ongoing operations.

What information is needed for a healthcare AV quote?

Provide the date, venue, room plan, estimated attendance, agenda, speaker count and presentation needs. Include any panels, donor or sponsor graphics, livestreaming, recording or remote speakers. Identify required rehearsals and internal review deadlines so the equipment and staffing scope reflects the actual program.

How should sensitive content and recording permissions be handled?

Your organization should identify approved content, presenters, audiences and recording permissions before production. Do not send patient information through the public inquiry form. If sensitive content may be involved, discuss approved platforms, access, storage and delivery requirements with your internal privacy and IT teams before agreeing the production scope.

Can you support accessible presentations and remote viewers?

Tell us about sightlines, readable slide content, remote access, captioning, assistive listening or other audience requirements during planning. Availability, responsibility and any specialist services must be confirmed in the proposal; do not assume a particular accommodation or compliance certification is included.

How do we arrange vendor paperwork?

Share your procurement contact, onboarding checklist and deadline. Request the applicable W-9 and insurance documentation through our vendor onboarding or contact page. Institution-specific insurance, purchasing and access requirements should be reviewed before confirming the booking.
