Cameras that serve the debrief, not a security feed
A simulation lab is not a hallway with cameras stuck to the ceiling. We deploy a mix of remote-operated and fixed cameras that can isolate the patient, the team lead, the airway operator, and the wider room all at once, with sensitive room microphones that catch what people said without crowding the scenario.
The control room is built so one facilitator can run the scenario, mark debrief points, and walk away with a clean recording, and so two operators can run a high-stakes scenario when the day calls for it.
