Fashion Show & Runway Production in NJ & PA

Fashion show and runway production across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The lighting has to flatter the looks and the camera at the same time, the music has to land on the model's walk, and the brand mark has to read in the room, in the press photos, and in the social cut-down the same evening. PremiumAVC produces runway shows, retail brand activations, and trunk-show events for designers, department stores, and PR agencies across the corridor.

What the room actually has to deliver

Audio: a sound system that handles walk-in, the DJ or composer mix during the walk, and the designer or honoree remarks, sized to the room and cued so the music hits the first model's mark, not three steps later.

Video: a branded screen at the head of the runway that reads on camera, flanking screens so the press table and the seated buyers can both see the mark, and a small camera team capturing the walk from the end, the side, and the close-up details, cut live for the social team and saved clean for the post-event reel. The chandelier-and-ballroom look stays; we light through it, not around it.

Brand-fluent, not a generalist with a mic kit

Retail brand and department-store work, from a Bloomingdale's-branded runway to a designer trunk show in a mansion ballroom, has a different temperature than a corporate AGM. The crew is dressed for the room, cables are hidden under the runway and the table skirts, and the front-of-house position is set so it is not in the step-and-repeat shot. Our producers work directly with the PR lead, the stylist, and the venue, and we run a model walk before the doors open.

For repeat fashion calendars and retail-partner activations, the same team can also run operator-supported equipment rentals so you don't inherit a different vendor each season, and MagicTag photo activations for the press-and-buyer engagement layer after the show.

Procurement-ready for venue and brand contracting

We carry W-9, certificate of insurance with the venue named as additional insured, and a written run-of-show your PR team can hand to the venue's banquet captain and the brand's legal review without flinching. See our Procurement Readiness Center for how we slot into brand and venue vendor flows.
